Team Lead Substations / Primary Technology (f/m/d)

The job offer is for a Team Lead Substations / Primary Technology position at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH in Greifswald, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, cost-optimized, and environmentally friendly availability of substation facilities, leading a team of up to 24 employees and taking over technical and supervisory responsibility as a "responsible electrical engineer".

Requirements

• Completed studies (Master or Diplom) in an electrical or energy technical field or as an engineer with a technical orientation / basic training
• Knowledge of planning, administration, and contract law is an advantage
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
• Driving license for cars
• Relevant professional experience including first leadership responsibility (not necessary, but advantageous)
• Experiences in project management during the construction, maintenance, and operation of substation (not necessary, but advantageous)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, SAP-PM / SRM and basic knowledge of further modules as well as database applications (not necessary, but advantageous)
