Requirements
- Advanced Bachelor or begun Master degree in economics or law or a similar field with a focus on personnel
- High care, reliability, and trustworthiness
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of common MS-Office programs
- Organization talent, independent work, and strong initiative
- Very good German (C1) and good English knowledge (B2) in word and writing
- First experiences in personnel work, especially in personnel management
