Assistant General Manager

Constellation is seeking a skilled Assistant General Manager to lead a team in a medium-to-large volume restaurant location in Philadelphia. This role involves managing food service operations, financial reporting, hiring and training, and maintaining good staff relations. The position supports both existing and new account openings.

Requirements

• At least five years’ experience in direct foodservice operation management
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation
• Knowledgeable on HACCP controls and proper storage and use of food
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• ServSafe certification (optional)
