We are seeking an Analytical FP&A Manager to drive financial performance, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Dive deep into large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance and scenario analyses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders, providing actionable insights on revenue performance, cost optimization, labor efficiency, and other key metrics
