Requirements
- Greet guests with a warm smile
- Safely change beer kegs, CO2 tanks and soda bibs
- Manually wash and sanitize glassware
- Account for and maintain bar stock and inventory
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Follow all rules and policies
- Successfully complete alcohol awareness training
- Communicate with management on guest concerns
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
