Requirements

• High school diploma required, degree or additional education in business or healthcare discipline preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in dental, healthcare, or service environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software, Dentrix experience preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support surrounding practices
