Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for serving as the senior on-site operations leader for Elite Material Handling within an assigned market, with accountability for day-to-day operational execution, service excellence, safety performance, employee development, and financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive operations experience within a service-oriented or branch-based environment.
- Proven background in operational finance, KPI and metric management, and performance accountability.
- Demonstrated leadership experience at the senior operations level or across multiple functional areas.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and other business partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with operational and/or ERP systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
