Job Description
Elite Sourcing is seeking experienced corporate attorneys with at least 4 years experience for a local firm. These positions have a pay range of $165K-$200K+. A candidate for one of these positions must have: experience with general business and corporate law, and securities, ability to draft clear and concise legal documents, experience with complex business matters, experience with some international business matters, strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures, and excellent negotiation skills.
