Job Description
Elite Sourcing is working with a full-service personal injury law firm in Costa Mesa, CA seeking an experienced legal assistant to join their team. The responsibilities include communicating with medical providers, compiling and reviewing medical records, conducting weekly phone calls with clients, and maintaining clients' records.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Personal Injury Law experience
- Bilingual in Spanish or Korean
- Ability to work in large teams and be computer savvy
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, digital e-filing
- Excellent time management, communicational, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experienced working in a paperless environment
- Must be able to type at least 40 wpm
