We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations and ensure the reliable performance of equipment and systems.

Requirements

• Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Plan and coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all maintenance procedures comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance production flow.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Manage maintenance records, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Continuously improve maintenance procedures and adopt new technologies when feasible.
• Develop training plans to enhance the technical capabilities of the maintenance team.
