Automotive Technician with Subaru, Buick, Cadillac Lakeland

Suburu, Buick, and Cadillac are seeking experienced Line Technicians with a minimum of 3 years of dealership/retailer experience. The role involves advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction. Technicians will work independently and as part of a team, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Diagnose and repair transmissions, engines, electrical, braking, and other vehicle systems.
• Perform advanced transmission repairs and replacements following Ford OEM procedures.
• Utilize manual and computerized diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Maintain detailed repair records and service documentation.
• Work efficiently to meet manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
