Business Analyst

Serve as the key point of contact for gathering, analyzing, and documenting client business requirements, ensuring mutual clarity and understanding. Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to align with project goals. Perform rigorous quality assurance, verification, and validation, while recommending enhancements to IT systems and business processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position supporting both business and IT operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a strong background in working effectively within team-based environments.
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Proven capability to analyze complex issues and independently manage demanding project development tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a quick learner, with a consistent ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Skilled in critical thinking and logical analysis, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
