Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead fundraising activities, oversee financial management and investor relations, and develop financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Proven track record of leading successful fundraising for Series B/C rounds ($15-40 million USD)
- Alternative: 5+ years of advisory experience (M&A) at a senior level within Big 4 firms (KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, PWC)
- Fluent in English
- Exposure to international environments is highly desirable
