Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant on our Engagement Lead Track, you will lead client engagements, ensure seamless delivery, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, colleagues, and client stakeholders to align business goals with execution strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technology-driven roles, with a background in software, data, analytics, or cloud engineering.
• Proven ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business objectives.
