Job Description
Reporting to the Corporate Compliance Officer, the Director of Corporate Compliance supports the organization to ensure adherence to external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and ethical standards. This role is vital for protecting the company from legal penalties, financial loss, and reputational damage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's or Juris Doctor preferred
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) is preferred
- Five years of relevant experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care, with minimum of two years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations that effect the provision of health care and health care organizations
