Job Description
Elk Valley Resources (EVR) is seeking Industrial Mechanic Apprentices for future openings. The position involves maintaining the company's fleet of mining equipment, contributing to a responsible resource development program, and building strong partnerships with communities and Indigenous Peoples in the Elk Valley of British Columbia. The role is primarily site-based, with the ability to commute to or relocate near Sparwood, BC.
Requirements
- Registered 2nd or 3rd year Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprentice
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous mining experience is an asset
