Ella Resorts is seeking a Pastry Chef to join its team at the Rocrita Lifestyle Beach Resort in Crete, Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries and desserts, managing inventory and costs, and leading a team of junior staff.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specializing in pastry or baking
• In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and tools
