Quality Assurance Coordinator (S26)

Ella Resorts is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to support its rapid growth. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, monitor and report on activities, and develop quality improvement plans.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with quality systems
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 22000, 14001 is appreciated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations.
