Restaurant Captain (S26)

Ella Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Captain to implement their Service Excellence Culture and oversee the smooth and efficient operations in the hotel restaurant. This role involves managing staff, coordinating guest service, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Tourism is desirable
• Three or more years of prior working experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
