SPA Manager (S26)

Ella Resorts is seeking an experienced SPA Manager to lead and develop the SPA Team, providing high-quality services and memorable experiences to guests. The SPA Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Wellness operations, ensuring excellent customer service and department profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Spa Management, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or related field.
• Previous experience as a Spa Manager in 5-star luxury properties.
• EU citizen passport
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language. A second language will be considered a plus.
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Atlantis spa software is desirable.
• Technical knowledge of a wide variety of spa treatments.
• Familiarity with Service Standards (e.g. LQA, Forbes).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Focus on sales and achieving financial budgets
