PACT Support

The PACT Support position provides supportive role to the clinical teams providing community based services to individuals with mental health and substance use diagnoses. The PACT Support provider engages in one-to-one meetings with PACT clients for planning and engaging in various tasks, supporting clients in getting to appointments, and engaging in social and recreational activities.

Requirements

• College degree in Human Services field, or in another area, have a high school diploma, or have at least two years of paid or volunteer work experiences with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Valid driver’s license, dependable automobile, and a clean driver’s record.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
