Job Description
The Senior Manager, Program Management (Drug Development) role is responsible for driving the execution of the lead program as it advances toward IND filing, establishing operational excellence, and shaping cross-functional program planning. The role involves leading cross-functional program planning and execution, developing and managing integrated project plans, and partnering closely with regulatory affairs to drive high-quality IND-enabling study packages and regulatory submissions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience
- At least 5 years in program/project management roles
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of drug development processes, including preclinical, CMC, regulatory, and early clinical operations
- Experience in a start-up or lean environment preferred
Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: DOE, $166,000-$190,000
