Job Description
There is an opening for a Buyer in the Purchasing Department for Ellwood National Forge (ENF) in Irvine, PA. The position will report to the Director of Purchasing. Responsibilities include receiving requisitions, developing competitive sources, and communicating effectively with suppliers and co-workers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business Administration, OR 10 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational and negotiating skills
- Must be a results oriented “self-starter.”
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
