Elme Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering timely and courteous customer service, maintaining the physical building and community, and prioritizing service requests thoughtfully.
Requirements
- Deliver timely, clear and courteous customer service 100% of the time.
- Proactively care for the physical building and the community by maintaining the plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance systems.
- Respond to service tickets swiftly, document and communicate service status consistently, and prioritize service requests thoughtfully.
- Build trust and positive rapport with residents by being respectful and empathetic while making repairs in their homes.
- Conduct daily community walks, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
- Collaborate with the leasing and customer experience team by cordially and consistently escalating urgent maintenance related matters and communicating all other community concerns.
- Contribute to the team’s success by achieving individual goals and supporting team goals.
