Fleet Operations Manager

We are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager to lead and scale our food delivery fleet, driving down delivery times and improving efficiency. The role involves building and managing teams, data analysis, and strategic planning. Competitive stock options and autonomy are offered.

Requirements

• 5+ years' of relevant experience in operations, supply chain or logistics
• User centric: puts customers at the core of all decisions and experiences
• Strategic planner: proven track record in planning, budgeting, forecasting and establishing the right KPIs
• Data driven: use data for all decisions, understanding that the magic is in the outliers not the averages
• You think big: you like to set challenging targets for you and your teams
• A great leader: genuinely considerate of people’s growth potential and their development
• Entrepreneurial: You are self motivated, a self starter and you get excited about building things from scratch
• Excellent communication skills
