Job Description
Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and KPIs, use SQL and Python for data extraction and automation of performance reporting, build advanced Excel dashboards and reports, conduct in-depth analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in performance analysis, data analytics, or process optimization
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and visualization)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
