Senior Performance Marketing

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team. You will own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to scale campaigns effectively while ensuring maximum return on investment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital media buying, preferably within e-commerce or fast-paced tech companies.
• Hands-on expertise in running campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in campaign setup, optimization, and testing.
• Ability to manage large advertising budgets with a focus on ROI.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
