Elockers is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commercial team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in sales within the live events and technology space.
Requirements
- Has ideally 0–2 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or a commercial role
- Is interested in events, live entertainment, technology, or B2B sales
- Is comfortable making calls and handling high volumes of outreach
- Has basic familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Has strong time management and organisational skills
- Can work independently and take ownership of their targets
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is native Dutch and fluent in English
