Formulate and implement asset management plans for existing real estate portfolio. Lead and manage development projects. Monitor and manage risk. Maximize Net Operating Income of buildings.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in managing operating assets from both financial and property management perspective
- Proven track record of working on prime office developments in London with strong pre-construction and delivery experience
- Proven experience in managing projects with construction values greater than £10m
