Job Description
Perform general clerical duties, maintain and update records, and provide administrative support for procurement, timesheets, and invoice processing.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of document control and administrative processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
