ช่างเครื่องกล (Mechanical Technician)

Requirements

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as per team lead instructions
• Responsible for controlling mechanical works off-shore, including cleaning and maintaining heat exchangers, separating/sealing equipment, repairing and replacing valves, and other mechanical activities for fixed equipment
• Responsible for performing maintenance jobs according to company maintenance plans, adhering to manufacturer/ company standards
• Receive maintenance job cards from CONCOR team lead and perform tasks (e.g., cleaning tanks, repairing valves, etc.) for fixed offshore equipment according to procedures, time tables, and team lead instructions, following plant safety procedures
• Report equipment malfunctions to company maintenance team immediately to ensure timely corrective action and equipment/ plant reliability
• Inspect existing spares/waste and report shortages to CONCOR team lead
• Provide feedback to CONCOR team lead to ensure accurate and consistent recording and tracking of equipment history in CMMS
• Report any events or malfunctions to CONCOR team lead to ensure timely corrective action and equipment/ plant integrity
• Test backup equipment according to schedule and repair/ restore to operational condition, reporting malfunctions or deviations to CONCOR team lead
• Adhere to and promote company HSE policy in all assigned work and report directly to CONCOR team lead
• Ensure preventive, corrective, regular, and non-scheduled maintenance is carried out efficiently within timeframes
• Ensure quality of work carried out is at the highest level
• Maintain equipment and tools at site in good condition
• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Mechanical Engineering
• Have undergone basic training in rigging and lifting (Rigging & Lifting)
