Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Test Engineer to join our global technology team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for web and API-based applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance and automation testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Apache JMeter (Must Have)
- Experience with LoadRunner, TruClient, VuGen
- Experience with distributed load testing and cloud-based tools (e.g., AWS EC2, Linux)
- Experience with New Relic or similar performance monitoring tools
- Ability to script performance test scripts using BlazeMeter
- Ability to interpret test results and create Root Cause Analyses (RCAs)
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices
