Senior Systems Engineer I

We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer - End User Computing (EUC) to join Elsevier's EUC Enterprise Engineering team. As a senior systems engineer, you'll take ownership of critical systems, drive the execution of strategic initiatives, and bring deep expertise across enterprise technologies.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in EUC platforms including Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Active Directory, Azure, and AWS.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, as well as strong working knowledge of MacOS and Linux in enterprise settings.
• Solid understanding of network services such as DNS, DHCP, and enterprise connectivity.
• Practical experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM) and scripting/automation using PowerShell or similar languages.
• Demonstrated ability to own complex systems end-to-end, from planning and deployment through to support and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments, ideally within regulated industries or global organizations.
