Software Engineer III

Join our team and deliver high-quality software to our customers. This position performs moderately difficult research, design, and software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line. The position should have the ability to work on individual pieces of work and solve problems including the design of the program flow of individual pieces of code, effective coding, and unit testing.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments with a high level of reliability
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to take ownership of complex assignments with moderate oversight
• Proactively identify, prevent, and resolve issues before they impact production
• Participate in and contribute to production support and incident response when required
• Mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
• Design and build reusable, scalable solutions that can be adopted across multiple teams and service
