Software Engineer III

The Software Engineer III will contribute to building capabilities that improve the quality of scientific research. They will design, develop, and deploy applications in a cloud-hosted distributed system, collaborate with product, UX and QA teams, and provide input into architectural decisions. They will also identify and implement enhancements to continually improve the delivery process.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java, Spring / Spring Boot, JavaScript / TypeScript, and React
• Experience with build tools, Git, and continuous integration
• Experience with alerting, monitoring, and logging tools
• Experience with test-driven development and mocking libraries
• Experience with Agile practices and execution
• Familiarity with cloud environments, AI-assisted and agentic tools
