Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead to guide a small team of engineers in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our web application built with Angular and Node.js. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
- Proven experience leading small engineering teams in a collaborative environment
- Deep expertise with Angular 8+, TypeScript, Node.js with Express, HTML/CSS, and MariaDB
- Experience in RESTful API development
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication across distributed teams
- Ability to analyze complex issues and guide the team toward effective solutions
- Demonstrated commitment to TDD and high-quality code practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Git, GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence
