Software Engineering Lead

We are hiring a Software Engineering Lead to help establish and guide a newly formed squad in Mexico, responsible for a core module within a SaaS product (Interfolio). This role blends technical leadership with people leadership and plays an important part in expanding team capacity, improving delivery, and supporting a product used by customers globally.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software engineering in production environments
• Strong full-stack expertise (Angular, Ruby on Rails, AWS)
• Proven track record leading and developing engineers, including direct reports
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on technical contribution
• Experience supporting and improving live production systems
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A thoughtful approach to problem-solving and decision-making
