Tender Manager

We are looking for an experienced tender manager to contribute to the growth of the Research Intelligence portfolio. The successful candidate will be a creative, analytical and ambitious individual with strong data analytical skills and business acumen.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business-IT related areas
• Knowledge of relevant experience in pre-sales and procurement tendering
• Experience in assembling and managing a cross-functional, international team
• Thorough knowledge of public sector procurement tendering rules and practices
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Excellent end to end institutional knowledge to drive SME consensus
• Excellent communication
• Persuasive with strong negotiating and coordination skills
• Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: zł108,200 - zł180,500 in Poland, zł94,100 - zł156,900 in Home Based - Poland
