- Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting
- Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and modern online communication platforms
- Ability to understand and discuss complex educational products with a well-educated audience
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet workspace, and phone/headset suitable for professional sales calls
