Outbound Sales Representative

ELVTR is a company that offers live, cohort-based courses led by top executives from global brands. We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and convert potential customers through outbound outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting—ideally in a high-ticket or consultative sales environment
• Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and modern online communication platforms
• Ability to understand and discuss complex educational products with a well-educated audience
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
