We're looking for an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to lead our residential HVAC service department, with 2–5 years of hands-on experience and leadership skills.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- HVAC Journeyman
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experience acting as a lead technician, mentor, or trainer
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on residential systems
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills
