Job Description
EL1 Baseball instructors are responsible for developing and delivering top-level instruction for youth athletes, ranging from beginner to advanced, in various programs. This role focuses on building relationships with athletes and families, collaborating with instructors, and preparing equipment. It is the youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Ability to adjust instructional plans for athletes
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Learning and utilizing technologies
