Job Description
Mariners Training Center (MTC) Baseball instructors develop and deliver top-level instruction to youth athletes, ranging from beginner to advanced levels. MTC is the youth baseball and softball training partner of Major League Baseball, and they are committed to youth sports development.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Ability to adjust instructional plans for athletes
- Supportive and encouraging attitude
- Learning and utilizing technologies
- Frequent local travel
