Ema is a high-growth startup building AI technology to empower employees to be creative and productive. We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and work on developing and deploying machine learning models for NLP, retrieval, ranking, and other AI technologies.

Requirements

• Conceptualize, develop, and deploy machine learning models
• Implement advanced machine learning algorithms
• Lead the processing and analysis of large, complex datasets
• Work across the complete lifecycle of ML model development
• Implement A/B testing and other statistical methods to validate the effectiveness of models
• Ensure the integrity and robustness of ML solutions
