Job Description
Ema is building the next generation AI technology to empower every employee in the enterprise to be their most creative and productive. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Ema's core offerings, partnering with global enterprises to deploy Ema, serving employees and HR teams across 100+ countries.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields from a Tier 1 college
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic frameworks
- Strong product sense and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic Acumen (MBA from a top-tier business school)
- Domain Experience (building customer or employee experience products)
