Responsible for the overall management of the patient encounter to ensure effective customer service, compliant billing and collections, correspondence management, claim follow-up, accurate payment and adjustment reconciliation, correspondence review within departmental standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years' diverse experience in a healthcare setting
• Medical billing and collection experience with financial background in account receivable
