Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Manager to join our fast-growing cybersecurity startup. This role combines technical pre-sales leadership and end-to-end project delivery management.
Requirements
- Analyze RFPs/RFIs and design tailored technical proposals, solution architectures, and effort estimates.
- Work closely with solution architects, and SMEs to produce high-quality responses.
- Create detailed Scope of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BoM), and technical compliance matrices.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations, demos, and clarifications during bid stages.
- Manage proposal submission schedules and track win/loss ratios to optimize pre-sales strategies.
- Manage full project lifecycle across cybersecurity domains including kick-off, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and resource assignments.
- Conduct regular status meetings and client updates.
- Ensure project delivery meets timelines and contractual obligations.
- Interface with internal teams (SOC, VAPT, GRC, DevSecOps) and third-party vendors for successful execution.
- Manage change requests, scope creep, and customer escalations.
