• Develop scopes of work and manage project procurement.
• Set-up and maintain all aspects of construction project management.
• Develop the overall project schedule and establish project milestone dates.
• Financial responsibility to ensure profitability on the project.
• Project cost management and review of invoices.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with design professionals, subcontractors, customers, and material suppliers.
• Facilitate and lead job meetings and develop and nurture project team members.
• Ensure proper and thorough project documentation.
