Academic Innovation Systems Analyst

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking an Academic Innovation Systems Analyst to support the Division of Academic Innovation's academic and operational initiatives. The position involves developing a strong understanding of divisional workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and communication, and implementing technical solutions to support these initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with demonstrated proficiency in spelling, grammar, basic composition, and mathematics.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of related professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience administering learning management systems, preferably Canvas, and organizing work within project management platforms such as Wrike, Jira, Monday, or Asana.
• 1–3 years of experience implementing or supporting educational technology (EdTech) tools and software.
• Demonstrated experience working with digital collaboration platforms and systems integration, such as Zoom, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
