Requirements

• Master Degree in Student Affairs, Educational Leadership/Administration, or Counseling
• 5-10 years of experience in college or university housing and/or residence life operations
• Strong organizational, supervisory, administrative, and technology skills
• Experience with online records management software (Maxient, THD, and/or others)
• Experience supervising full-time professional staff
• Experience in on-call/emergency response rotation
• Experience as a student conduct officer
